Scotiabank ATMs
Project Description
In 2019, Scotiabank's Digital Factory (DF) had just convinced senior executives to have ownership over the bank's ATM operation (IT previously "owned" the channel). The DF was working already in a new APP and Web self-service platforms, and saw the opportunity to standarize the ATM experience accordingly. At that time, I was leading the Scotiabank account, and Amable was spearheading a training program designed to provide a cohort of Laboratoria's students real-life experience in the bank, with a hiring option at the end of the 3 month program.
I directed Estefanía Telis, (current Laboratoria grad and AUNA service designer) and Anais Freitas (currently working at ivisa.com) in testing new user flows, documenting interactions, generating digital assets and doing QA on implementation by the bank's IT department.
