I have extensive experience in workshop design, facilitation skills, and am a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® advocate: I am convinced play is key to problem solving and powerful strategy catalyzer.

Leadership capabilities: Exercised active listening, coaching and mentoring for a 23 person organization. Proven track record of real-life implemented technology projects: Solutions I have worked on are used by thousands of individuals on a recurrent basis in Perú.

I bring to the table a passion for human centered design, empathy, connection, creativity and service-orientation. All of which ensure I can adapt to any size organization that is looking to make an impact in their clients’ lives. In addition to my design skills, my latest position as Partner and Office Director helped me adopt new business capabilities: Business strategy, development and execution, proposal design and negotiation.
